Conceptually I get the overall feeling you are trying convey but I’m having a bit of trouble coming to the finally conclusion of your piece. Is it brain damage from using drugs?
The idea of the message is very powerful. I would suggest doing a post skeleton with a half face to kinda hid the entire face and show the half of brain exposed. in general, the imagery work is really nice and clean
